UK Delivery
We have 2 options selectable from the shopping cart. 1st class post or RM Special Delivery. 1st class post please allow 3 days for delivery. Special delivery is a next day service as long as we get your order before 2.00pm (not Saturdays) with compensation for loss or damage offered by the Post Office (N.B. we cannot be held liable for this service.) EU Delivery
Pens and refills under £20.00 will be despatched by Airmail. All the rest despatched Airmail Airsure or were this service is not available Air Mail International Recorded Delivery. Please see www.royalmail.com for more details.

Shortages and non delivery claims must be make within 1 month of our confirmation email that the goods have been shipped.

Warranty and Returns
Unless otherwise indicated, hardware items are subject to a 12 month manufacturers back to base warranty. Our terms of business are strictly ex. our premises and therefore any costs associated with any return (for whatever reason) are the responsibility of the purchaser. We strongly suggest all returns are sent back via a tracked delivery method. Goods returned 'not required' will only be accepted if the purchase is within 1 week, the goods are in pristine condition, the packaging undamaged and the product is accompanied by the receipt.
